CWSP Director
This position has core managerial responsibilities over the three CWSP areas of Client Relations, Student Services, and Operations. The position will be a key contributor to the vision and overall goals of CWSP, leading the alignment, integration, and execution of the team’s work. This position will guide the team in implementing effective and efficient processes that lead to student success, client success, and positive financial results for the school. This position will maintain positive and collaborative relationships with students, school personnel, work study partners, and external Cristo Rey supporters while serving as a brand ambassador. This position will foster a cohesive team culture in collaboration with the VP of CWSP and support the professional development of each team member.

CWSP Program Operations Associate
This role focuses on the logistics that make everything run, managing job permits, coordinating transportation routes and drivers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with DOL requirements. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping schedules, documentation, and communication organized between students, staff, and corporate partners. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive on making systems run efficiently, this is the perfect fit for you.

Kitchen Assistant
The Kitchen Assistant supports the daily operations of the school kitchen by assisting in the preparation, cooking, and serving of nutritious meals in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines.

Lead Kitchen Worker
The Lead Kitchen Worker oversees the day-to-day operations of the high school kitchen, ensuring the timely preparation and service of nutritious meals in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines. This role supports the VP of Finance & Operations designee by coordinating kitchen staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring efficient meal service for students and staff.

Maintenance Assistant
The maintenance assistant is responsible for maintaining the school building and grounds and tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, safety, and events. The maintenance assistant, in coordination with the Facilities Team will provide a welcoming, safe and efficient High School facility. The maintenance assistant will also provide student transportation services and is responsible for safely, professionally, and efficiently transporting students to and from work placements in a CWSP van.

Robotics Co-Coach
The FIRST Robotics Team Co-coaches will work closely with the Director of Innovation and Innovation Lab Coordinator to help students design, build, and practice with a robot that can compete in the 2026 FIRST robotics competitions.

School Nurse
The School Nurse oversees the school’s efforts to provide care for ill or injured students, health and wellness education and training to staff members, parents, and students, expertise to ensure school health policies and practices are aligned with best practice, and to comply with all state and local health requirements. All the activities of the school nurse should align with Cristo Rey’s Catholic and Jesuit mission.

Substitute Teacher
Cristo Rey Jesuit seeks a on-call substitute teachers to lead college-prep instruction.

Van Drivers – Short Route
Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Work Study Program or his/her designee, the Van Driver will be responsible for safely, professionally, and efficiently transporting students to and from work placements in Milwaukee, WI in a Cristo Rey Jesuit van and performing activities related to the operation of the van.
