Admissions & Events Coordinator
The Admissions Coordinator will assist the Director of Admissions in the recruitment of new students and supporting activities related to the admissions process.
Assistant to the President/Special Projects
Assist the President in managing the obligations of the President’s Office to facilitate timely responses to stakeholders and collaborate with the President, Senior Leadership Team, and school staff to develop a plan to support staff culture.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the school building and grounds in collaboration with the facilities team. The Facilities Manager will coordinate tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, environmental, custodial and event coordination.
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager or his/her designee, the maintenance assistant will maintain the CRJHS building and grounds. The maintenance assistant in collaboration with the Facilities Team will work together to provide an efficient, clean, safe and secure school.
Main Office Administrative Assistant
The Main Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a professional main office environment, greet and appropriately direct all visitors, and perform administrative duties, data input to school databases and other related duties as assigned.
School Security and Safety Manager
The School Security and Safety Manager will maintain the CRJHS security and safety of the school, work and collaborate with Cristo Rey Jesuit’s Administration in providing services to administer the school safety policies and practices.

Van Drivers for Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP)
Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Work Study Program or his/her designee, the Van Driver will be responsible for safely, professionally, and efficiently transporting students to and from work placements in Milwaukee, WI in a Cristo Rey Jesuit van and performing activities related to the operation of the van.
