Associate Director of Development
The Associate Director of Development is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of the yearly Milwaukee Stars Merengue signature event, stewardship events, and annual campaign including direct mail, donor portfolio management, and solicitation.
Corporate Work Study Program – Client Relations Associate
As a member of the Corporate Work Study Program team, this position will interact with students, school personnel, and business leaders to execute the transformative Cristo Rey Work Study Program model alongside Corporate Work Study staff. Managing the relationships between the students, school, and business partners and supporting the delivery of client services to partners is key to the effectiveness of the program as well as partner retention and engagement.
Corporate Work Study Program – Student Relations Associate
As a collaborative team member of the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), this position will frequently interact with students, school personnel, and families to execute the transformative Cristo Rey Work Study Program model. This role exists to motivate, develop, provide feedback, oversee student behavior and performance both in school and especially in the workplace.
This position oversees the programming and staff that ensure the Ignatian spiritual formation and faith development of the Cristo Rey Jesuit community, in accordance with the school’s Catholic, Jesuit mission and identity.
The HR Administrator is responsible for directing the planning, development, and implementation of the human resource functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, onboarding new hires, employee relations, EEO, benefits, and organizational development. This role will provide day to day management and coordination of HR operations, including HR initiatives related to engagement, recognition, employee issue resolution, and staff development.
The Innovation Lab Specialist will work with students and teachers to provide safe, supervised access to the lab and its equipment so that the next generation of leaders have the tools they need to shape the world and create new products and services. You will work to develop in students and adults the mindsets, skill sets, and design thinking process outlined in the Ignatian Innovation Framework and maintain the machines and equipment in the innovation spaces.
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager or his/her designee, the maintenance assistant will maintain the CRJHS building and grounds. The maintenance assistant in collaboration with the Facilities Team will work together to provide an efficient, clean, safe and secure school.
The Principal is CRJ’s chief academic, instructional, and formational leader and collaborates with other leaders as a member of the school’s senior leadership team. The Principal reports directly to the school’s president and is a full-time, 12-month, salaried position.
Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist
The Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist will collaborate with the Director of Admissions in the recruitment of new students and supporting activities related to the admissions process.

Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Work Study Program or his/her designee, the Van Driver will be responsible for safely, professionally, and efficiently transporting students to and from work placements in Milwaukee, WI in a Cristo Rey Jesuit van and performing activities related to the operation of the van.
