Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is looking for a motivated individual to join the advancement team this summer/fall.
Through a variety of learning experiences and inquiry-based activities, juniors in Biology and seniors who elect into AP Biology investigate the nature of living things, from molecules to cells to organisms and communities. Through labs, readings, and discussion, students explore key themes in biology, such as evolution, genetics, and immunology, Building on their previous science courses, students hone their scientific thinking, inquiry, and communication skills.
Through a variety of learning experiences and inquiry-based activities, sophomores in Chemistry investigate the structure and nature of matter and the changes it undergoes. Environmental Science, a senior elective, integrates knowledge and methodologies from several scientific disciplines to understand the environment and environmental challenges. In both courses, students hone scientific thinking, inquiry, and communication skills.
As part of Cristo Rey’s motivated and collaborative teaching staff, you will educate students in mind and spirit. Through engaging, data-informed instruction that effectively incorporates technology, you will ensure students are prepared for college and equipped with the habits of mind that undergird success.
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance and Operations or his/her designee, the technology coordinator will coordinate computer technology functions at the high school, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, technical support, prepares essential data reports and performs related duties as assigned.
Salvation History and The Church are semester-long required theology courses for sophomores. Through reading, discussion, and reflection, students explore the personal redemptive activity of God within human history. In addition, students investigate the function, structure, membership, and role of the Catholic Church in the world. In addition, students deepen their relationship with God and hone their thinking, reflection, and communication skills.
Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate Work Study Program or his/her designee, the Van Driver will be responsible for safely, professionally, and efficiently transporting students to and from work placements in Milwaukee, WI in a Cristo Rey Jesuit van and performing activities related to the operation of the van.
