How do I make an appointment?
Simply call 414-897-5600 and the Sixteenth Street call center will schedule your appointment at the school.
How much will it cost?
The in-school clinic is not a free clinic. The cost will depend on what insurance you have, the type of visit, and any other procedures and/or tests you may need. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance.
No insurance? Not to worry. We will connect you with a financial counselor to be put on the sliding fee scale, which will pay a portion of your care depending on your income and family size.
